Rang on several occasions to view a property but despite being told on every occasion would receive a call back to confirm when the imminent viewing can take place never received a call back and when I called for the final time three weeks later was advised can't view as property now under offer. Absolutely terrible service and wouldn't even give them a quarter of a star. If don't want to be messed around avoid at all cost.

Tim and the team. Thanks once again for the great service! You asked me if I would recommend you to my friends - I could not more highly recommend Acorns & Co Estate Agents Walsall; their experience, highly personable approach and efficiency really shone through. You Tim were a pleasure to deal with, keeping me up to date at every stage of viewings as well as the conveyancing process. The proof was in the pudding – you sold my house at full asking price within four weeks of taking it on! Once again thank you!

From the very first meeting and valuation, I could not have asked for a better quality of service.  Tim is friendly, courteous and extremely professional.  There was nothing hidden and Tim gave me all the information required, also adding in his experience to get me the best price and buyer. 
The valuation was what I expected and not massively over inflated like some other companies that were only after my custom, and on the other hand was not under valued to get a quick sale.
Not sure I want to sell again but if I did Acorns & Co would most definitely be my first port of call.
Even when the chain started to wobble a bit Tim was the voice of calm and kept me well informed.
