Customer service wasn’t that great. They aren’t that accommodating. When we got the stamps we didn’t like a few of them because of sizing, lack of ink, and lack of customizationwhich was our fault. They weren’t very flexible in fixing a misunderstanding we had. Almost all of the stamps are good enough to get the job done and we tried them because they were recommended to us and we we were looking for a new company to purchase from but we will be making our big purchase with a different company that hopefully has more flexibility and darker stamps. I’d say 2.5 stars because the stamps work ok for the most part. Response to owner: I am sorry your customer service agent didn’t give you all of the information. I only wanted the 2 stamps that came into the SUPREME bundle customized which is not over $35 dollars worth. Your site didn’t make it clear that the stamps in the bundle weren’t customizable. When I ordered them I thought they would come that way. To make it clear I was frustrated by the lack of flexibility in this situation but I wasn’t angry or upset. We are simply doing business with a different business because we don’t like a few of the stamps that we received because of the lack of ink and the sizing and the stamps we didn’t like happened to be the ones we had a misunderstanding on but the ink was really light and stamp size was too big for what we needed. It’s no big deal on our end we were just testing to see if we liked the company’s product.

Same day service! Ordered an architect stamp/seal in morning, and had the complimentary set of Electronic eSeals in multiple formats by noon. Also was given confirmation that the actual stamp was shipped. We needed a quick turnaround for a project, and we got it. Thank you, Acorn!
These folks are simply the best. I have been ordering notary stamps from them since 2016. They are always perfect, and FAST. I just got my notary in my new state and ordered a matter of hours ago...and it has already shipped. If you need notary or stamp/business supplies...these are your people. THANK YOU GUYS~!
The service was awesome!! I ordered a new notary stamp, sent in the proper paperwork and it shipped THE SAME DAY!!! when the order arrived a few days later it is exactly as expected. I would highly recommend Acorn Sales!
The eseals and embosser I ordered for my nonprofit are both AMAZING! I thought that their customer service was a bit confusing because there were a lot of additional links to click on and then three different people emailed me and though all of them were helpful it was confusing.
EXTREMEY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. I made a mistake and instead of my commission number put my notary ID # down. They actually caught the mistake, and reprinted the stamp free of charge. How incredible! Thank you so much. I received my book and the Slim Pre-Inked stamp, and couldn't be more pleased.
As a small business owner myself, I hate giving poor reviews. However this entire interaction completely blew my mind! I purchased a super heavy duty embossing stamper second hand...after doing a ton of research, I found Acorn was the manufacturer. The original imprint plates were from 2017, so not new but definitely not AGES ago. I reached out through their chat on the website, noting the page where they currently sell this exact model. They informed me the body and parts changed regularly over the years and they would not produce replacement plates due to the concern of it not fitting. I sent photos to show this was the EXACT model and style as they are currently selling for $300, btw and it's listed as LIFETIME WARRANTEED, so they clearly service the item. She then passed me off to the Customer Service team w/ a ticket. I got an email late last night from the apparent VP and she changed her story 3 times about all the reasons they don't provide any post-purchase service. First it was they cannot produce the plates, then it was only for stamps they manufactured which they clearly made this one...FINALLY, she responded that they don't service the stamper because it takes too long to repair/replace the plates! I never requested a repair ticket. I requested pricing on replacement plates that I will install after removing the old/outdated plate. Basically, it's a HUGE runaround so they can sell you a new $300 embossing stamp instead of offering any customer service on a what's already been bought & paid for. Super disappointing. They offer less expensive options but there's ZERO way I'd ever buy anything from this company, EVER. As others have noted, if there was a zero star option, I'd choose that.
I've ordered several PE stamps from Acorn and they've all turned out great! The electronic seals are spot-on as well. Highly recommend!
You guys are ridiculously responsive, thanks for the quick turnaround! I had my electronic seal image files in my email inbox 90 minutes after I placed my order. The physical stamp with my name and license number was in my mailbox Friday at 2 PM, just 28 hours after my Thursday 10 AM order online.
