Fantastic experience from start to finish at Acorn Kia Burntwood. We were allowed to look around the outdoor cars at our leisure and then greeted by a colleague when walking into the showroom. Mitch greeted us and was very helpful. He got the keys for us to look in the car that we had seen. After allowing us to sit in the car he talked us through all the buying options and deposit options. Also any extras which we could purchase with the car if we wanted. We went for a test drive having an hour allocated so that we could really get a feel for the car. We did not feel rushed and it was enjoyable for us as a family without feeling like someone was watching over us, or pressuring us.nAny issues that we had with the purchase documents were sorted swiftly. Mitch was very helpful with all the paperwork including retention of my private plates and assigning them to the new vehicle after collection.nThe whole experience was smooth, seamless and quick. From agreeing on the car on a Monday to picking it up the Wednesday of the following week. Followed up by a courtesy call a few days after collection to check how I was doing with the car. Highly recommend Mitch and the team at Acorn Kia Burntwood.
Just received my new car for my 40th birthday. Absolutely over the moon with our purchase and the smooth process from start to finish here. Callum is a credit to Kia. Positive answering calls, if service team busy then sales team steps in and arranged call backsnPositive call day before to check no problems, if your not using one of their courtesy cars there is Costa 100 yards away round corner from bus route.nDid a good job that only engineers working regularly with Fords could be trusted to do.nLovely that receptionist left here desk to make sure car could be located.nAnswered technical questions with referral to engineers. In my case need a spare no longer available online with Ford. Probably need to arrange sourcing from a car breakers.nFriendly and helpful Acorn employed people.
Wow what a wonderfully unveiling of the new EV9. Thanks so much for the invite! What a car! In addition it has been a pleasure working with Noel on finding the right car for our family. He has been patient and worked with us in our findings. So good to not feel pressured when making an investment decision !
