Was able to leave car and keys with Sales department on bank Holiday Monday and when I rang Tuesday morning the keys had been handed over to service department which shows great team work. I got a call around 1.00pm to say the car was all ready for me. So pleased with the service I received. Everyone really helpful and pleasant. Thank you
Over all a good experience although the showroom area especially the front desk and offices were a bit tatty. The staff were helpful but the sight of staff eating and drinking in front of customers was a bit unprofessional. The carpark was very compact and not the easiest to navigate. At the end of the day I couldn't complain about the work done on the car 1st service. The car was returned in a clean condition and all work undertook was explained to me although I was surprised it was recommended that the front wiper blades needed changing after the car had only been used for the last 7 months, this was a pre registered car and has less than 5000 miles on the clock.
Purchasing my new Kia from Acorn Kia was very easy Mitchell from the sales team was very helpful and made the whole process easy, and made sure my requirements were met. Every stage was clearly explained and I was kept well informed and the price of the new car was competitive. I have a Kia dealer closer to me but they were not as helpful so I chose Acorn at Burntwood.
