This is a taxi service just like any other in the country. They provide a service. People complain about what day of the week it is and expect a written response. EVERY taxi company gets complaints, it's part of the trade.  I've witnessed some ignorant people who are extremely rude to the "girl" on the end of the taxi phone.....but let's not worry about that. She is not there to get abuse. Anyway the service from Ace is fine, just as good as any other in the town. People make a choice. I notice from some complaints when the complainer is asked to respond ....they don't. Are these fake complaints planted from other companies?

Apologises for review account was hacked and can't remove. Couldn't ask for better taxi firm. Highly recommend

Very polite and helpful telephonists, drivers very courteous even taking my shopping to my front door. I have always used Ace and i always will
