Order a taxi from Tesco they said I need to wait half an hour so I wait half an hour after half an hour outside... 2 degrees freezing my ass nobody came I called the cab the company nobody answer never use you again don't bother with them better buy some rollerskates it's faster and better!!!!!

Was a tad bit sceptical at first only because of the one review, but I decided to give the company a go. The service was absolutely tremendous - from the dispatcher to the driver both very friendly and helpful. The process of booking the cab was very quick and straightforward, after that the cab only took around 4 minutes to get to me which is great!

I needed a cab to take my mum home so obviously wouldn't use Uber.
Got a nice English bloke turn up, smelt of aftershave and not B.O, he waited for her to go into the house and charged her £10 less than he (roughly) quoted. I've used Uber for the same trip and there was hardly any difference.
