I called Ace Plumbing Services years ago to change my kitchen sink, his quote was reasonable but unfortunately I couldn’t find the correct exact size for the sink. No charge for coming and his valuable advice. Great customer care. A week ago, we decided to replace our 37 year old laundry tub unit, because we had problems with the faucet and the acrylic tub looked so old. We called Anthony from Ace Plumbing Services for the job, his quote is reasonable, after sending him pictures of the under the sink as requested, he advised us to get the faucet with the connections as the old one . We set up the date and time , Anthony came right on time , very reliable . He vacuumed and cleaned the floor after he took out the old one , make sure that the new one is sitting on a clean floor . He explained and advised us what he did , tested the faucets and washing machine . We are very happy with his work and will not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.
Anthony is efficient and friendly. He replaced my faucet cartridge and fixed my toilet issue with a reasonable charge. He also patiently explained why an issue occurred. I would recommend Anthony or Ace Plumbing Services if you’re looking for a reliable plumber.

Anthony and Ace Plumbing are excellent. I would definitely recommend their service to others. Anthony is professional, friendly, and honest. I called a few other plumbers before calling Ace Plumbing and felt disappointed by the lack of customer service - I did not feel valued or heard on these calls. I felt the opposite with Anthony, he was very responsive as I listed the plumbing issues we were having and he gave immediate feedback and suggestions. When Anthony worked in our condo, he took the time to explain the processes to us which was helpful. I was also so pleased that he took off his shoes while moving around our home! : Everything Anthony fixed continues to work great. WIll be calling Ace again if and when needed!
Revised. I’ve used Anthony from Ace Plumbing Services twice already and I am planning on using his services again in the future, and also will refer him to my friends and colleagues. Anthony was Responsive, Professional, & Honest. He explained things to me first before just fixing it. He walked me through the work that he completed and after explained what to expect. Anthony was also able to help me out a second time when i needed help on a Sunday due to a burst water pipe that connected to my hose bib. He sent his technician out to me very quickly and the issue was resolved the same day. We Highly recommend Ace plumbing services.
I had a bathroom sink that was clogged and tried to clear it myself with vinegar and baking soda. This did not work. I tried snaking and it did not work. Found Ace Plumbing Services on Trusted Pros and asked for a quote. Anthony responded and called. He gave quote and arranged a scheduled a time. I sent pictures of the set up and he informed me it didn't appear to be up to code. He arrived the next morning on time and even emailed me prior to inform me he is on the way. Discovered that the previous plumber had did poor job with the set up which would contribute to the problem of causing the clog. Gave me options as my vanity wasn't conducive to allowing a proper set up. The present set up was more of an "S" trap and other configuration flaws. Anthony said he could put a proper set up by modifying part of the interior shelf and top drawer which would allow for better draining and minimizing the chance of buildup and another blockage. This was all done successfully in a timely manner and a reasonable price. He had all the parts and tools with him needed to do the modifications so he comes very prepared. He was mindful of keeping things neat and organized and cleaned up very well afterwards.
In one sentence: Professional, reliable and reasonably priced service. I contacted Anthony regarding a number of basic residential plumbing jobs - Replacing an old kitchen faucet, fixing a leaking shower and unclogging a slow-draining sink. The service was great in all aspects - Communication was smooth phone/text/email, scheduling was quick & easy, Anthony answered all of my questions in detail, the price is very reasonable and most importantly ... the problems were fixed!
I googled for plumbers near my home in North York on a Saturday afternoon. saw Ace Plumbing Services, called and left a voice mail, then continued the search the Trustedpros site for a few seconds. Anthony answered my voice mail while I was surfing the web for Trustedpros. The response was instant, Anthony is one of the Trustedpros. Anthony agreed to scheduled an appointment for an estimate on Monday after work. He was courteous when he thought he would be a few minutes late, so he sent a text to alert me, but he ended up being right on time. He stated he would send the estimate on Wednesday, and did it early in the morning. Anthony schedule the job on a Friday morning between 6:30 and 7:00 am, because I had to go for a staff meeting, and arrived 10 minutes early, and completed the job, and cleaned the work space in time for me to get to work for an important staff meeting. I couldn't have gotten a better plumber for my ASAP Job. I have no reservation to recommend Anthony to Anthony to my Friends and family. Anthony, Keep up the high standard you have set for yourself.
