Amazing Jewellers great customer service really friendly and craftsmanship is unreal. Had to have my rings cut off expertly by them and done in such a way that my rings could be saved and they were repaired exquisitely you can’t even tell they were ever cut. My wedding band was also custom made here 3 years ago and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
After 9 months of not been able to wear my wedding, engagement and eternity ring due to oestioarthritis. I collect my alternate rings yesterday. I was smiling all day and still am , brilliant service and work. Would recommend Ace to anyone...Great job. Thank you very much.
I went to Ace to get my engagement ring reset as the claws were worn, when I got it was amazing! Like a brand new ring, the new setting made it look modern and I absolutely love it!

I unfortunately broke my engagement ring and came to Ace for some advice. Customer service is 10/10 - we ended up also ordering our wedding bands while we were there. My engagement ring has not only been fixed but Ace have resized it and fixed some smaller issues with it too that I hadn't even mentioned. All work was completed in less than a week! Quality of their work speaks for itself. Thank you so much!
Got a silver bracelet repaired here. It actually took like than 5 minutes and cost only £5 for my situation. Great shop!
Really helpful advice from Edward. He was very helpful and shared a great deal of knowledge about how to keep jewellery in gold condition.
Took in my chain and matching bracelet to get replacement lobster clasps as they had stretched too far and were falling off with use. The nice lady at the till took my chains to the back, and 2 minutes later returned with the clasps reformed so they would no longer fall off! When i asked how much she told me it was free of charge! Recommend
