when I first called they promised me they would get me through my test, and they did just that explaining how to manoeuvre a motorbike the correct ways explained everything in details and worked around me and my working hours Real friendly people no bad vibes whatsoever everyone is treated equally

Doing my mod 1 training at the moment with them and the two trainers I have had are really knowledgeable guys and make you feel confident at what they are training you.

The guys at Ace are absolutely outstanding. They were very helpful, the training they provided was out of this world. They got me through all aspects of my unrestricted category A license without me having any prior knowledge of riding a bike! All within 2 months! And that was only because of test availability. Friendly, professional, helpful and understanding! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Not just for their training but the other services they offer…..new and used bikes, licensed RST clothing store, servicing and MOT. Look no further for your bike needs.

26/9/22 Had a great day with these guys. Lovely set of lads. They treat everyone the same and really do want everyone to pass. These guys arn’t here just to take your money, they really do care. I’ll be coming back in a year or so to take my “A” license with them. Brilliant.

Incredible bunch of instructors got me through the whole DAS mod 1 and 2 in 4 days. Great value and great instruction, would recommend to anyone.  Good value gear in the shop too!

I began my journey with train2ride and they were very friendly and informative however when it came time for the motorcycle teaching the bikes were absolutely knackered. The clutch hung off. The gears stuck, the helmet had a lump in it. The list could go on. So I rang ace motorcycles and they were FANTASTIC so patient and let us on the bikes to practice practice practice. Figures of 8, curb stops, u-turns., Stops slow turns the list goes on. We went on the road the same day. The instructor was Neil he was superb and tailored for each of us whilst he taught us together. I honestly couldn't praise them enough  very patient and helpful guys who clear still care about teaching people the roads. Thanks a million everyone John, Neil, Jimmy and everyone I've missed out. P.S  I'm not from Durham but they still picked me up from billingham thanks Colin and dropped me off. P.P.S it was boiling hot during training so they give us all bottles of water and LOLLIPOPs which is always a win.

Passed my A licences first time  Mod 1 & 2 first time.  The quality of the training is best in the region and the lads are brilliant help  Thanks Lads

I passed so they must be doing something right. The instructors are excellent and give good advice, they will bend over backwards to fit lessons and tests in. Will definitely recommend.

The ace team are very professional and give you the training you require to get you through your full bike test, would recommend without question.
