The staff is efficient and nice. The manager is empathetic and understanding - thank you for that and keeping a loyal customer. Just a small advice - since I had arranged for an online booking - it really did not mention that cash cannot be handed over - above a certain threshold. Would appreciate if the website is amended saving the hassle - specially when the amounts are known. I do appreciate the manager taking according an exception.
