My friend attended this hospital today for treatment for a small bite & the staff were amazing in delivering the services he needed to address his situation; that was after some ungrateful parent threw a tantrum in the waiting room because the hospital staff wanted to take another image of the child's injury & they weren't happy - what if they missed something because they didn't try to improve their delivery to the patient, & their child ended up with a permanent disfigurement as a result - these people deserve respect not mutterings from a spoilt parent setting a bad example to their child, where does the stupidity end!!nnMy observations were of competence & professionalism & I would like them to know there are still people that understand the service they provide under difficult circumstances & applaud them for it.
Fantastic, all the staff were lovely and helpful, I was there an hour and was seen by triage, had an x-ray and given my results.nnProbably the best medical service I've ever experienced.nnWell done to all involved in running this community hospital, I am majorly impressed.
Can't rate this place high enough! Attended just before 8 on a Wednesday evening with our little boy and got seen straight away. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, and most importantly great with our two year old. Thanks so much!
Wish i could give 0 tbh. Rude receptionist. Especially this one which i didn’t quite catch the name of, lates 50s tall slender white woman. It’s frustrating isn’t it, the NHS is underpaid and i understand but these receptionists I’m convinced hate themselves because the impoliteness , Negativity and hatred you’re greeted with is ridiculous. Really need to improve I hate hospitals enough Staff could pretend to smile at least. I asked her if it was a walk in centre politely, as it said on google it was. I’ve not been living here that long. She snapped back saying that it used to be five years ago and that I don’t look like i have a minor injury. How unprofessional is it to say that i mean how do you know if i have a minor injury where i can’t show you.
Brilliant service, seen, x-rayed, diagnosed with broken toes and out the door in 70 minutes. Other hospitals should pay close attention to the organisation of this department the minor injury departmentnThanks guy's
