Would not recommend working for this company. It was a horrible environment to work in with Graeme and his sister Fiona always shouting at each other and swearing. In the month I worked there two people were sacked in the first few days of them working there. After looking at the reviews myself, I realised that everything that people were saying was correct. When it came to me being paid, Graeme didn’t give a specific day or date when i was going to be paid. When i finally was paid, it wasn’t the correct amount. After asking him why it wasn’t correct he replied “I’ve had a cold” which certainly shouldn’t affect me being paid the right full amount of what i had worked for. Was definitely not a professional place to work. Graeme would come in every day with tracksuits on with his belly and bum hanging out all over the place, unless you want to see this every day, be my guest and work here!

Initially I received good service with my tax returns, then a accounting error was made that resulted in me having to pay a large interest charge to HMRC - tried to discuss and claim on insurance policy - which was part of the fees paid, but got no response at all. So was forced to go to the small claims court and again there was no response, so now I have a CCJ in my favour and I too will have to start a collection process with bailiffs etc............all rather sad because for the first few years the service was good. Well I was not been able to recover the money awarded by the court as the bailiffs were unsuccessful - so I am far from happy as the CCJ counts for very little apart from serving as a warning to prospective clients.

a company that believes in using bullying tactics to try to intimidate young girls. Inappropriately asking young girls for lifts home. They have no ethics , standards or morals. Disgusting individuals the both of them Graeme and Fiona the way the treat their staff , my daughter is now getting paid double and the prospects are superb, i'm glad I saw the alarms bells ringing after seeing the reviews after 3 weeks of her working there , immediately told her not to go back . little did they know I had already pulled her out of the job when Graeme screamed at me to tell her not to bother coming back after I confronted him about shortfall of wages This company will go bump , just a ,matter of time (this is a review for the prestwich office , they don't have one in Lytham , don't be fooled )

Mr Morriss has had my husband's tax refund paperwork for well over 2 years but takes no responsibility for dealing with it, blaming over work for the delay in dealing with it and the fact he inherited the claim from Chadwick! No straight answers given!! Makes endless promises when you do speak to him, then avoids calls and doesn't respond to emails. Asked for all documents to be returned but not received. Avoid this company unless you like wasting your time!!

My friend worked here , got fired for no reason, 'To promise something and get someone's hopes high only to shatter it into a million pieces. This is the ultimate betrayal!' said it was like working in hell with Satan and his demons! Wouldn't recommend this place!!!beware Surprised it's not shut down with all the bad reviews... But. .. " karma goes full circle...MARK MY WORDS "
