Me and my grandma both had our ears pierced by Zana, who was super lovely, informative and professional with the whole process, really helping us feel comfortable and at ease! We were also helped out by Elishah with shopping assistance afterwards. overall super great customer service and products :
I had my ear pierced by Zana and she was so kind and really helped me feel comfortable. The procedure was done with lots of care and was very sanitary. I would definitely recommend you to go here as they have great customer service.
All I can say is Zana is amazing, I went in on Thursday the 15 th of feb and they still had a small sale left. She was so helpful she couldn't do enough for me I thought sales assistance like Zana didn't exist anymore especially when your only buying stuff in the sale! I ended up buying two necklaces one for me and one for my mum and four pairs of earrings in the sale, which were buy 3 get one free! Thanks for all your help and advice Zana! Xx
I had my ears pierced by Zana the store manager. She was very caring, empathetic, polite and helped me to understand what my experience was going to be like, which I found to be very professional. I felt at ease as I was very nervous. All the other staff were also very nice and helpful.
Steph was fantastic and so lovely to me on my birthday thank you so much Steph for making my day that bit better!
Fantastic store and very friendly! I was served by a lovely member of staff called Seline who was very knowledge and went out of her way to help to find what I was looking for. Excellent customer service would recommend!
