Fantastic experience with Caitlin who pierced my daughters ears. Very caring, reassuring and professional, a pain free experience and very, very clean.She was absolutely lovely! It would’ve been five stars if there’d been a better system in place for booking. I think there should be a booking system, which would be more helpful for staff too as they were constantly having to repeat the information and direct people to the queue outside, it was a bit chaotic and I felt it for the staff. However I would definitely recommend and return based on the experience we had today! Thank you!

Love Accessorize. Always well stocked with angreat choice of bags, wallets and purses, sunglasses and I love their footwear, all those sparkly sandals. Love the clothes too and the children's stock is so cute.
Spoke to one of the sales assistants not sure of name but does the ear piercings and she was absolutely lovely. So helpful kind and polite. Rare to experience customer service like this
