We'd like to thank Darren and Antony for all their hard work, they made the whole move stress free. 100% professional so 100% use them 👍.

Extremely efficient and diligent. Worked hard to ensure we were fully set up in our house despite a very late completion on a Friday afternoon.

We used Access Transport for our recent move and would highly recommend their service. From the initial quote (which was very competitive) through to moving day they were helpful, friendly and professional. We used their packing service and they were very careful and organised and got everything packed up in good time. They delivered all the boxes to specified rooms and put furniture in rooms as we requested in record time. The boys did not stop working for a second and it was a very hot day, I was really impressed with their work ethic.

Shady business practices. I initially received a quote from Andy for a move, he ticked all the boxes on the meeting, quite the sales man. Unfortunately as is usual in the home buying process we had to change our completion date for the sellers. We rang the office number to check the new date could be done, we where told Andy would ring back and confirm. He did and initially told us there would be no change in price. However later we were told it would be £100 more because of it being a Friday, but it could be the same price for an off the books transaction I.e. cash in hand. They seemed surprised we didn't want to take them up on their shady offer, which I imagine they do for a few people when they want some more liquid cash. They then turned nasty when we pressed the legality of doing the transaction that way, and even insulted us putting our removal cost through a business as a legitimate expense. I would avoid at all costs, the sales person persona goes away real quick when he's not happy
