I'm so delighted with the professional service that Graeme from Access provided. It was exceptional. Graeme is so knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning business and very honest about stain removal. His quote was very detailed and explained the process he would use to clean the stains on my white carpet. Well, he did remove the stains and I can't thank him and Paul enough. They are nice, polite and friendly guys.The carpet looks great. I will definitely use Access again.

An absolutely fantastic company to deal with!!! I would definitely recommend Access for anyone looking for their carpets cleaned. They managed to squeeze us into their very tight schedule from a last minute request and were very easy to arrange a time with! In addition, the lads were very friendly! A rarity it seems these days! Very warm, chatty people with lots of knowledge of the field! Not only did they provide a great service but also lots of tips and tricks for us to carry forward! The job they did was astounding. The carpets were in a sorry state from the previous owner and despite our best efforts, we couldn't get them clean. The lads were able to transform our carpets within no time at all from filthy to pretty much brand new! Once again, I would highly recommend Access. TL;DR - 11/10 company. Great, friendly service and superb comms! We are definitely life long customers!
Very happy with the work done at my flat. Needed to have the carpets cleaned before moving out and the team was timely, professional, and completed the job quickly - making sure to clean up after themselves. The price was also very reasonable and could accommodate a last minute booking. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for carpet cleaning.
Sad story involving a poorly dog and a blood stained hall carpet... I'll spare the details, but our misery was compounded when I found out my insurance didn't cover accidental damage. A Google search later and I found Graham. The reviews gave me some hope, but I didn't want to get too excited. After speaking on the phone with him, I was struck by how knowledgeable he was and even more surprised by the estimated cost. He and his colleague arrived as planned and I was reassured instantly. He even said they wouldn't charge me if the stain remained. I actually got teary eyed with relief when I saw the depressing blood stain had vanished. The rest of my carpets look better than ever. And all for £50. I cannot recommend Graham and his company enough. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Can't fault the service provided from beginng to end. Graeme was so friendly and helpful when organising dates for the cleaning. On the day Paul and Kieran turned up. They were both very efficient and did a great job with cleaning the carpets. One room had many stains after 2 years of a student living in. All the stains are gone and the carpet looks like new. Well done and I don't hesitate in recommending Access Cleaning Solutions.
I spoke to Graeme this morning regarding cleaning two couches. I have a rather unusual fabric so Graeme actually suggested having them dry cleaned. He took the time to explain at length why my couches needed a different service and was absolutely lovely even though he was not able to take the business. So impressed and he would be my go to guy if I have any other general carpet or upholstery needs.
We need had a very old and stained carpet in the living room in the new apartment we have moved in. Graeme was honest and professional about the options we had and explained everything in details, which was great. The old carpet got a new life after the cleaning and the fact that we know it is clean worth every penny. Professional, friendly and great value service.
Graeme and Co offer a super professional, friendly, dependable, well priced service. Our rental property carpets are clean and fresh in spite of some crazy stains over the years. I thoroughly recommend them.
