Clean and efficient with access code generated by phone app. 13 weeks half price was bonus hope we moved before it runs out as full price is expensive. Not 24 hours like some other storage places but we didn't need that. Insurance cost needs to be clearer as its £7.50 per £1000 at lower end. Surely insurance increases the more expensive the items stored not the other way around. Website appears to indicate £1.60/£1000 is start price but it's the price you pay for £35,000 worth and increases the less you have! How strange.
Absolutely awesome people and service. Andrew and his boss didn't get his name unfortunately stepped up to the plate to help me with after hours access. Andrew has been really patient and helpful. Thanks guys.
We were very impressed with the level of service and attention we revieved from rhe team at Northampton. We needed storage for our move abroad and we were impressed with the flexibility and genuine thoughtfulness from the staff. Cheers guys!

Great branch staff, it’s unfortunate that my experience of Access as a company has not been as good as other chains I’ve stored with. Branch: Pros -Great location near 3 M1 junctions dual carriageway right to the store. -only 2 floors so good chance you can get a ground unit for much quicker load and unload Cons -out if office hours access can be arranged but it’s not encouraged - relatively small trolleys and only one style which can make things a little tricky We could safely unload 6-9 boxes. We had loaded with trolleys holding 12-16boxes… So over 60 boxes it turned 5 trips into 10… which just makes a long day longer. General Access process clunkiness The online contract did not say what was agreed so I had to call to confirm whatever it says I would be charged what was agreed. I was mid call at the end of their day and got disconnected and could not get hold of the member of staff as the phones get turned off. I thought I checked in online but still had to provide ID. Overall: Victor store staff member could not have been more helpful every time. I wouldn’t hesitate to use an access and this ones great, but next move if there is a choice of storage options, access would not be my first call based on this experience.
Great experience. Staff on site really helpful, easy to access the storage. Only downside could be the working hours as they close a bit early.
Northampton Access - The manager and Asssitant Manager are very helpful. They advised what to do and advise you of a suitable unit depending on your storage need. I changed my unit several times and they were very accommodating.
Easy to set up, guys onsite very helpful, completing sign up on line was very convenient and slick. Well run place, clean, well lit, secure. Very pleased.
Helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised at prices.
