If only zero stars was an option! A one star rating is actually complimenting this "company". Anyway, this zero star cab service quoted us a price of £12 for our trip which was really good so decided to go for it. When receiving the confirmation text, the zero star cab service sent to us that the fare is £18. So obviously we call back the zero star cab service and double check that the fare is actually £12, which the woman named Safa who ordered the cab for us reconfirmed that the fare was again £12. It wasn't until we got dropped off that our zero star cab driver said the fare was £18. After much delibaration we just paid £15 in the end. Watch out for this zero star cab service! I believe they quote a good price to entice you in and then end up charging more last minute. Be wary! Do not choose this ZERO STAR CAB SERVICE.

Really bad customer service. Don't rely on them to be on time or to even turn up. If you try to call them to ask where is your cab they will ignore you.

What a shame I can't give them 0 star!!! So I called few taxi companies in area and ask specificly for my journey. I said I have one suitcase, one large bag and two handbags. I was told I will pay £32 pounds and it is fixed. Other companies was slightly expensive so I choose this thieves. After few minutes of drive I was confirming price with my driver name Islam. He said it's 10£ extra for baggage!!!! I said that when I called, I was told it's fixed even I have suitcase and two bags. He said its a mistake of guy on phone and if you not happy I drive you back. Really great customer skills. Avoid this company. If there is a manager or owner who is reading this - please teach your staff some customer service and training. Dominik

Worst company We have ever used !!!! We called and stated that we need cab with two drops - controller asked us to repeat hundred times the postcodes because he couldn't spell it at all ,and after 15 mins over the phone he quote us £22. Driver arrived and said that he's got only one drop from the office !! we called back the office and the controller said that he will charge us extra and we didn't state anything about second drop , haha!!! The driver said to us: now get out from my car ! Unprofessional, rude , unacceptable behaviour from both- controller and driver . Don't use this company ever !!!!!! Poor!! Poor!! Poor!!!!!!
