I have to leave a well-deserved credit for both Sion & Jess who found me a tenant for my property. The work was of a particularly high standard addressing all my inquiries quickly and professionally. We were involved in the process but not at all burdened by it. They were both fully competent and knowledgeable about the rental legislation. Accent Properties have two very able employees here. Very difficult estate agents to deal with. I was interested in a second viewing of a property & asked for a quick viewing at a property 10 minutes away from their office & they told me I needed to wait 4 days. The property was sitting empty. Made me question whether I even wanted to rent a property management by this lettings agency. I would very carefully consider any property you see being advertised by this company. Not worth the hassle! Obviously not very customer friendly & terrible sales approach!

Contacted the office to enquire about my house I wanted to put on the market. I spoke to someone called “Sion” unbelievably rude. Not sure why he just took an attitude with me, or for what reason. I won’t get into detail but what an extremely unpleasant member of staff. Luckily I’ve found a fantastic agency a few miles away. I certainly would not recommend or ever wish to deal with you again in the future.

Sion and the team at Accent went above and beyond to support us with our sale. Always very professional and kept in regular contact and always responded to emails very promptly. We definitely recommend. :-

As always, friendly and efficient service from everyone at Accent Properties. The sale of my house was completed in record time.

As a renter I have experienced poor service, lack of consideration with regards to problems in the property and when I approached the agent to remedy issues damp, mould etc they did very little to help. Would not recommend to anyone.

I bought a village-cenrre flat through Accent properties and they were very helpful and accommodating.  Friendly local firm.
