I ordered 32 shirts, 30 pairs of shorts, 30 pairs of socks, embroidery and printing. Around £780 in total. Took 10 months for everything to arrive. I received half of the order after around a month but the second half of the order took another 9 months. Completely unacceptable and frankly incompetent on the part of ACA Sports. More excuses than items of kit I ordered. Every week when I enquired where my kit was, I would receive another excuse. They are quick to process the order and take your money but when it comes down to following through on things they are so, so poor. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing kits. You've all been warned. Steer clear.

Wish i'd read the reviews before using this company! I found the item i wanted and read the delivery information knowing that I needed it pretty soon. It stated that if the item was shown in stock online then it would be shipped that day, or the next day depending on time of order placed. Fair enough. Ordered the item, they took the money, my order was confirmed... Received nothing within that next week, rang them, they said it was on its way, I then waited a further 2-3 days and I got a confirmation that the order had been shipped and was on its way. I emailed the company to ask why this was the case when the item was in stock.... no reply, with zero ****s given.

Avoid this company at any cost, I have ordered item which appeared on their website as in stock, the following day I have received email saying that the item cannot be sent to me as it cannot be supplied from supplier. As there were no other options in their shop I have requested refund, was promised that my money will be back on my account within 24/48 hours, 5 working days later nothing happened so I made a claim through PayPal, this company wasn’t responding to either my and PayPal emails. Finally after a month I have received information from PayPal that they will reimburse me and will recover money back from ACA sports. Misleading and useless company.

FRAUDULENT EXPERIENCE ! Ordered adidas football kit for our under 7's team on November 2017. After number of weeks chased customer service for an update. Response was that goalkeeper top is not in stock, so asked for partial refund and sending order without it. 2 weeks later chased customer service again, this time socks were not on stock, so asked to send cheaper model. 2 weeks later, chased them up again. This time kit was not in stock until March, so asked for complete order cancellation and full refund. REFUND has never been issued. ACASPORTS ignored 5 phone calls and all emails since order cancellation. They were keeping parent's and sponsor's money for 2 months and failed to respond to any refund claims. £250 finally recovered after opening PAYPAL protection dispute. ACASPORTS has never responded to 3 warning emails from paypal team either, so the claim has been decided in my favour. FRAUDULENT EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN !

I go into the shop on a regular basis and never have a problem with any of the staff.They are always polite and helpful whenever I ask them questions about what I am looking to buy.I will certainly be returning to the shop in the future.
