Joke, chav on the phone blamed the loss of booking on my partner but was in actual fact her mistake. No apology giveen or any customer service skills. Best just walk.

Tonight my 11 and 12 year were refused a bus from ormiston to tranent, obviously my 11 year was upset, they had bikes and offered the bus 5 pound to pay bikes and themselves, it was an empty bus, but he drove off leaving them, my 12 daughter had lost her phone so I had feeling they should be home in called my 11 year old, she was crying and I called Ac in panic, they just said they would go straight away and they did, amazing and had both girls in minutes and bikes and home and taxi driver helped them and looked after my girls and I can't thank this company enough, my girls were picked up brought home and man driving was clearly a good person, this was my my little girls and they knew a priority and they made it so, thankyou to the taxi company you made me stress free tonight.
