8th of Dec I've placed an order for One of the Sothis sets, for few days I didn't get 1 email with any confirmation of dispatch or so. After week of waiting and calling I manage to receive an information over the phone it was send 'yesterday' (so after about 8-9 days?!?). It came to the post office the 20th, so the paper set was just put to the soft big envelope so it was all banded and ruined and cream tubes was flying around obviously. I may put it on twitter, as it's a nice example of online shopping. Couldn't be bothered to go and sent it back, I'll just save myself all the stress. I never leave any feedbacks, but this time I just had to. NEVER EVER had such a bad customer service, and would never go there if that's how they treat their customers spending their money in there. This is a ZERO stars service!!!

We visited Abz..olute Beauty Spa at Easter for my cousins hen weekend and cannot recommend this spa highly enough. Not being from Aberdeen we had no idea which spa to book and it was definitely a great decision to come here. The facilities, surroundings and therapists were fantastic and so friendly. A buffet style lunch was provided for us which was of a high quality and the chocolate fountain was delish! A big thank you to Abbie and her team for giving us such a fantastic afternoon.

I have been in several times and the ladies give a brilliant massage. Front desk service is always friendly. Not one complaint from me.
