I have been going to this salon for the past 16 years.  There is not another salon like this one in the whole of East Anglia.  I would never go to someone else to do my hair.  The staff are friendly, well-trained, great colourists and stylists - and remember your name! I always come out smiling and with a super "do".  One is so well taken care of from arrival to departure, and offered tea or coffee with biscuits as well as being offered their professional advice.  How anyone on the planet could possibly EVER make a negative comment, or complaint, is beyond my comprehension.

Been having my hair fixed here for a long time. The saloon is up to date and modern with the staff the same way, always helpful and cheerful. Always willing to listen to what you what for your hair and if their not sure the have a chat about it to make sure its right for You

Came to Jess with very colour damaged short hair.  After a few months of excellent hair cuts, colour and  of course the godsend 'OLAPLEX', my hair is completely rejeuvenated.  Its unbelievable to me that i now have healthy, thicker and longer hair now.  Cant recommend this salon enough.

Absolutely hair is absolutely amazing. The staff all so friendly and give fantastic advise. I'm always happy with the outcome of my hair. Highly recommended.

Fab salon very welcoming and friendly, I've always left happy with my hair., Nicky is lovely and always offers great advice on my unruly hair.  Highly highly recommend.
