Absolute Roofing installed two new gutter linings a few years ago and we had received what I thought was a good service and warranty that would cover us for the foreseeable future and all seemed fine but then we had some leaks appearing from under the gutters into the building. At first Absolute Roofing were very efficient and came to see us and carried out some rectification work but the leaks still appeared again. the leaks are definitely coming from the gutters and the linings were supposed to stop water getting into the gutters themselves. I was told in early December that I would now need to pay a call out fee and potentially for any repairs to a service that I was told carried a long guarantee. In my eyes this is unacceptable from what I thought was a good reputable company. I wold now think more than twice before using them again as I am left with a leaking roof despite paying for them to remedy the situation.
Absolutely outstanding customer service and quality roofing job. Extremely impressed with their speed and professionalism. They completed the work with the minimum amount of disruption and cleaned the area well before leaving. A first class job. Thank you.

Absolute roofing were prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Chris was always contactable to answer any questions and queries and I never felt pressured at any point to proceed. I had contacted a couple companies for a quote but Chris was the only person to think outside the box when the tenant was not answering the door to see what had to be done. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive but definately the best value for money by far! If you want a good job done with no hassle before, during or after, then this is the company to use. It is now the only company I'll use for any roofing needs. Glad I was able to find them.
