Absolute hero. I was locked out and Andy was round easily within 20 minutes - you could tell he came as soon as he put down the phone. He explained what he was doing (as some others have mentioned below) which put me to ease as soon as he started his work. A smashing, genuine bloke who truely enjoys his craft. Easily affordable - will recommend to anyone. Thanks again mate!

Andy did a great job fixing our door mechanism which had failed. He successfully sourced an obsolete part which would have otherwise resulted in a very costly complete door replacement. He clearly strives to find the best solution for the customer. Great attitude, good rates, highly recommended.

Locked in my house before work, rang and he arrived within the hour. Very polite and professional and did a great job! Would highly recommend!

Super friendly guy. Came over within an hour of calling. Seems to know his stuff and explained everything about the locks. I wanted to have some handles put on after they were damaged (break in). Andy found the right ones and put them on. No issues.
