I was very impressed with Rob's professionalism and knowledge of his trade. It is all too rare these days to find someone who is committed and goes above and beyond to be helpful. The research he did in laying the foundations for a complicated job, with a courtesy on-site visit, as well as several hours' worth of investigation to find a solution to replace architectural lighting with an equally soft, frosted effect, was invaluable. In summary, I am sure that anyone engaging Rob will find that he is a true professional, punctual, reliable, competitively priced and excellent in his field of work. Highly recommended.

Came to us by recommendation and we will certainly recommend Rob at Absolute. Did everything as requested & expected, within time frame, cheerfully and tidily. Products used were top quality. 5 stars least we could award.

From the very beginning of the job Rob outlined not only what was required to pass building regulations for our extension, but also his ideas on how we should have the electrics. The lights are separated into zones, which we can control from three different sets of switches, together with dimmers, and under unit lighting. He also ran cat 6 cabling through out the house as I wanted the house hard wired for reliable internet. We have been really impressed with both his work, and how professional he is. We will definitely be choosing Absolute Electrical ISC again.

I've known Rob for some years now. We first met at a weekly business club, where I got to know him well and learn of his friendly and safety-conscious approach to his work. I realised that he was a trusted member of the group and that people were constantly asking for his electrical services. I personally have called him a few times now, the latest occasion being today. No electric power from the sockets in our house: the broadband didn't work, the fridge/freezer wasn't doing what it was supposed to, our computers and kitchen appliances were out of action ... not good! Rob analysed the main board for me in his usual calm manner, and soon got everything working again! On a previous occasion, he analysed a situation where immersion heater elements weren't heating up the water in the hot water cylinder. He found that the heating elements were actually overheating and therefore cutting out as a safety measure ... his services were VERY useful in that situation! Consequently, I have no hesitation in recommending Rob of Absolute Electrical ISC Ltd. He is the FIRST person I ring whenever I have any electrical issues or questions that need answering. Thanks ever so much Rob!
