I booked a taxi with them and they set off as soon as possible no messing about. I had to sadly cancel the taxi but I just want to make people aware of how reliable they are. Great Service.. Will use them again.

Only used these twice so far but will definitely be using them again. Both times my taxi drivers were early and they always seemed to have cars available at short notice. I don't know whether I have just been lucky with my early drivers or not but I will be reccomending. They send texts which are reassuring and accurate which is good. Only fault is, friendlier taxi drivers. Although it's not a biggie.

We had a terrible service from this taxi company this evening. I know the weather is terrible and i appreciate that despite booking a taxi for 11.15 they would be slightly late but we waited for over an hour in the snow with an elderly lady in her 70s and the taxi was a no show! I made at least 5 phone calls and was told it would be 15 mins every phone call but they never showed up. My final phone call after an hour of waiting I was told it would be 45 minutes and that would have meant we waited two hours in sub zero temperatures. Absolutely disgusting service. Thankfully another taxi company took pity on us and we got home with them.
