We had pleasure of working with Steven Abraham twice. First time was two and a half years ago when we bought a house and also recently when remortgaging. Steven is a true pro! He impressed us with his great knowledge in his field. When two and a half years ago we were buying a house our credit score wasn't very good and we were denied in all banks. Steven was the only person who helped us and even with a bad credit score he found a bank who lent us the money. Steven is extremely responsive and provides an expert suggestions. He always aim at the best interest of the customer. He was always available when we needed him. Two years ago he did impossible. We are happy to say we are in our first home now, thanks to Steven's efforts and we are very grateful. When the time has come to remortgage, even for a moment we didn't hesitate to call Steven. And again his help turned out to be invaluable. He found out there was one error on our credit files that can affect the final decision. Steven told us where to call and what exactly we need to ask for. Thanks to his quick action the error was removed and our case came through. We did remortgage within a month, while without Steven it would take much much longer. We wish to find some criticism to help him better himself in his career but we honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. We feel we have a trustworthy broker and we have recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so.

I had to renegotiate and refinance my buy to let mortgage. I went to the comparison sites to peruse; all very confusing. Steven then gave me a number mortgage finance of options, well before my mortgage was due. When it came time to renegotiate my mortgage, I knew my options so my mortgage was easy to re-negotiate. Steven saved me from: stress, fees; fears; and gave me good financial strategy. Steven will also latter quote on my residential building freehold insurance, which I never knew he offered. A One-stop-shop. A ‘no brainer’ to use Steven.

Steven Abraham had always been very helpful and professional, and has consistently found us the best rate for our mortgage. It's a great reassurance to know we can call for friendly advice if we are ever unsure about what to do when it comes to financial planning

I have had many dealings with Abraham Associates over the last 15 years specifically with Steven who has always offered an impartial service making me fully aware of every product on the market and to date has always been highly competent in every task i have asked of him. It goes without saying i can highly recommend Abraham Associates and will continue to use them over many years.
