The best locksmith you can get, must have been fate as when I called him  (after being locked out of my home completely post a gearbox failure in the lock) he was 3 mins way. He drove promptly to my address, identified the problem, got me in the house, fixed the door all under an hour. Could pay by card which shows he is on top of his game. Nice guy to talk to and explained everything step-by-step. Would recommend him to anyone.

John arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem fairly quickly.  He explained everything, sourced a part (that has apparently been discontinued), and came back to install it the next business day after he got the part.  I will definitely use this company again.

John came to visit quickly to repair a broken aluminium door lock that had stuck. He turned up when he said he would and sorted the problem quickly. He also gave some great advice on another smaller issue. He was friendly and helpful and I would recommend About-Turn without hesitation. John is efficient and uses the latest technology (using my card to pay) which gives me a good sense that he is on top of his game and can be trusted. Reasonable costs.

A very good locksmith & very helpful . John turned up in a very professional manner he proceeded with the replacement of locks on our front door we were very pleased with the work. I would recommend this company to anybody i know.

Called John and arranged suitable time. Arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem. He was actually able to save me some money as he suggested an alternative solution to our problem - which works much better for us. He also adjusted patio sliding doors which were not closing properly - free of charge. He explained everything he was doing. Great guy and service. Would use again and highly recommended.
