I received such excellent customer service from the lovely staff at Enterprise. I was feeling quite vulnerable after my car accident the evening before and the staff were incredibly kind, supportive and efficient while I hired my hire car the following day. They even ran me back home once I returned the hire car a few weeks later. I fully recommend this company if you need a hire car in the near future. Thankyou to all the Enterprise Staff for your kindness, understanding and efficiency!
Shocking Service! Unorganised staff! Send me through email, wrong car pick up location. After taxi take me to the right location another problem appear. Enterprise staff asked me to pay deposit with Spanish Credit Card, I am not from Spain by away, I am a European Union driving license holder. After they refused to give me a car. I rarely get any work through this pandemic time and it was my only job in weeks. I were planned to rent the car over the weekend and no luck and I have to cancel my work because Enterprise.
I rented a car from this Doncaster branch over the new year, I have travelled far and wide and used rental cars in most countries, but the best service I have received was from this branch of Enterprise. The staff were extremely professional yet personal and really cared about getting the car for my needs and getting me on my way with minimum fuss and delay. The young lady who runs the place is exceptional in her role. Rent from these guys, they are much better than others who offer you everything and don't deliver.
Im quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle i hired. There was dog hair all over the interior seating, my sons allergic to dogs. The health and safety of finding my son chewing on broken glass on top of the dog hair was utterly unacceptable! not to mention dangerous! I was refunded £40 of the £109 hire balance but i still think its unacceptable as its only a small car so for that to be over looked is quite negligent. I think this matter needs looking in to! I'd appreciate someone contacting me re the above
Very friendly place. I was so lucky they didn't have small van I've ordered online for me at the time so they gave me massive one free of charge. So satisfied. I wish to receive service like that everywhere
Had originally booked a van at another Enterprise location but it was not available on the day until too late. Amy Swales at this site sorted out a replacement and it was ready to go when I arrived there. The day was saved ! Price was good for size of van and not bad on fuel either. Will use them again.
Very friendly helpful staff
The staff memeber was friendly and knowlageable, upbeat dispite the rubbish weather and technical issues with the card machine. Walked around the van and inspected all bumps and dents. I was there less than 10 mins before I drove away!
Service was excellent, very friendly knowledgeable staff, even though they were unable to source me the vehicle I wanted today, they went the extra mile to get me the best suitable alternative
Friendly and very helpful service. So totally unlike any other car rental experience I've ever had. Highly recommended!
