The appointment process is not the best but have been fortunate to get appointments on the same day the last three times I have needed them, usually for my toddler. feels silly that you can't book routine appointments though. Dr Moreno and Dr Bishop have been outstanding with myself and my daughter the last few appointments. They listen with compassion and without judgement and don't make me feel like we are wasting their time with our concerns/issues-they are excellent, especially when compared with some doctors we have experienced before.
If I could give no stars I would. Appointment with pharmacist for 14:10 arrived at 13:50 at 14:30 asked how much longer Miss Attitude behind the counter said I hadn't checked in !!!! She would inform him I am here!! Still waiting at 14:40 debating whether I can nip and do my shopping before I get called. So after going to the bakery and continuing to wait my blood pressure is through the roof and I asked the receptionist if he is aware I am still waiting 14:50 by now I am pacing in front of the desk and lol and behold Ian the self important bone idle pharmacist has finished his extended lunch and afternoon nap and deems to lower himself to see me, only to tell me what I have been told in my last 2 appointments- He's wages are draining the NHS of resources as he is nothing but a time waster
Absolute waste of time with this practice.nGood luck getting an appointment and when you do, cant wait to boot you out the door.n17 attempts to get an appointment the way they tell you to, 17 failures.
I’ve been to 4 different GPs there and they are all wonderful and really care about their patients.
Never met such rude receptionists. Had 5 experiences with them and different receptionists where they have been very unhelpful, rude and snappy when even asking them to help with the most basic of things. Very short tempered and nasty. Had to ring 111 at one point who told me the receptionists had to help me and only then would they actually help me. Really sick and upset at the treatment and shortness every time I call. Please hire some new receptionists or atleast train them in how to speak to human beings politely. Thank you.
