Went here for the day very blustery but dry .A wonderful place for beach holiday . Beach is very good and surfing ‍ is ideal here . A good base to visit surrounding area. Several shops and places to eat if you want to stroll around plus a roman walk for the history buffs out there
Beautiful beach town, with a variety of shops, cafes and bars. Lovely sandy beach, that you can walk along and explore or set up camp and relax for the day. Big kids and little kids alike will love it, ideal for paddle boarding or just swimming. Lots of space so you don't feel overcrowded. Nice drive down to the town itself, long stay car park situated on the right, opposite the train station.
Surely one of the UK’s finest sandy beaches. Plenty of space, lots of sand and good amenities close by! Perfect for an afternoon playing frisbee with a few beers and some friends, or to just relax and let time pass by. It can get a little busy at times near the carpark, however there is plenty of space and walking 200m further down the beach to the right it will be empty!
This is an amazing little seaside town with a beautiful beach and views. The people are very friendly and will stop for a chat. It's one of our favourite places and would highly recommend a visit.
Beach is big enough and clean. A lot of people come with dogs. Clean toilet in the town. Parking place is big enough. It's not the best place for shopping but we had delicious fish and chips.
Great beach, water was surprisingly warmer than expected. We enjoyed a cocktail from.noonline while taking in the views.
Lovely sandy beach with dramatic views. Lots of shops with good food. Cheap to park.
A perfect place for a long walk for the whole family, a paradise for long runs for a dog. Over 3 miles of sandy beach with high dunes. The nature and beauty of the Welsh landscape, as always, at a high level!
Fantastic for the dog, scenery and remote feel. However, could not find anywhere that did anything gluten free, so had a very hangry girlfriend for the drive back to where we were staying!
Lovely beach, very well maintained with great views. Ideal for a dog walk and pleasantly quiet out of season. The colourful seafront buildings provide an attractive backdrop.
