We, I and my wife, were completely impressed with Angie's professionalism and service. We  unfortunately did not accept the offers  two  but  we must say, her presentation of properties was the best we get from all property offers we seen. She has an answer to all our guestions , provide us with videos and detailed information before viewing, been smiley and keen to our needs, organised with shoe covers and welcoming as to her own home. Too many things to mention about the Terrible service from Angie and the staff at Aberdeenshire Leasing. Initially all is good and very attentive. The moment an issue in the property arises you are treated like you are a naughty child , all this company is interested in is money and the landlord.. and certainly do not care about the tenants. If I could rate zero stars I would as renting from this letting agent Angie Homes Aberdeenshire leasing has been the most awful experience my family and I have ever experienced in all of our lives. She dismisses issues that she finds challenging and conveniently forgets things she mentioned , and if the truth were told by Angie at the very beginning of our viewing we would have never moved! As based on these lies that was said to us in order for us to rent we would not have moved. Please be aware of this agent as they will never be on the tenant side. None of the work that needed fixing was not completed. Date of experience: 07 August 2023

Angie is amazing and so helpful. After a pleasant phonecall, she advertised my property and had selected a tenant promptly. She couldn’t do enough to ensure the process was straightforward. All documentation was completed effectively and efficiently. I would highly recommend Angie and her team to any landlords and tenants.

!Awful company avoid at all costs! Very disorganised and poor communication. Angie is very patronising and tries to make you look and feel silly. Where to start? We were misinformed about the drive way and how much storage was ours- it wasn’t until A lady from downstairs informed me that the driveway and shed were shared. It took the leasing company over 2 weeks to find this out and did not reduce our rent considering we went from paying for a whole drive way and all 6 sheds being ours to  sharing the driveway and 1 shed to ourselves and 1 shared. A plumber was organised to come to our flat to see to issues in January who did not turn up twice and again I had to phone to find out what was going on. Our electric meter was exposed and during an inspection in October we were told this should’ve been covered before we entered the property and that they would see to this getting done. The meter was still exposed when we left in March even after asking several times for this to be covered as it was an eye sore. Poor communication. The flooring in the bathroom was turning black due to poor ventilation in the bathroom. Our window was open 24/7 and moping up any excess water was not working. I reported this on several occasions and they were still trying to charge us for the ‘damage’ caused when we ended our tenancy. You won’t see your deposit back. My father works in the building industry has done for over  30 years and Angie seems to think she knows the price of materials more than him! Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
