Have eye infection that won't respond to treatment after 5 days. One of my eyes is swollen shut. 'sorry we have a contract with the local opticians so we can't treat your eye'.
The service is terrible. Even in emergencies, you have to wait. We went into the emergency room with someone who was bleeding heavily, and we were told to wait.
I was very hopeless and worried about my son’s health .I really want to thanks to all doctors,nurses and other amazing staffs of A&E who were working from morning to nighttime.My god they were very kind,friendly and caring and supportive people who were always willing to help me and asked me what you want to eat or are u alright mom or something else….Huge thanks for well look after my son and wonderful checkup and all that you’ve done for me.I will never forget that moment really appreciate for your hard work blessed you all and thanks
Shame on you, ARI A&E.nMy first visit in 2009 was brilliant, I couldn't ask for better service. This time on 10th April 2024, after having a t bone car collision. They missed out fractured hand and ankle. Hand fracture was diagnosed 2 days after the accident by GP referral and ankle fracture was diagnosed in the plastic dressing appointment for the broken hand today, 17th April! How on earth we can trust the doctors and nurses in there!!!
I generally don't like A&E after many bad experience BUT when we went to the children A&E I pleasantly surprised. There was no waiting time, we been seen straight away. The nurses and the doctor was amazing. Thank you for your help.
