Shame on you, ARI A&E.nMy first visit in 2009 was brilliant, I couldn't ask for better service.  This time on 10th April 2024, after having a t bone car collision.  They missed out fractured hand and ankle. Hand fracture was diagnosed 2 days after the accident by GP referral and ankle fracture was diagnosed in the plastic dressing appointment for the broken hand today, 17th April!  How on earth we can trust the doctors and nurses in there!!!

I have had to visit A & E a few times, but it is great. The staff are wonderful and the treatment first class and well organised. Even on a Friday evening, I was seen and treated promptly. Great work from this department.

I couldn't believe how over worked the Nurses and Doctors are. They all had smiles and were doing 12 hour shifts wow a credit to our health care system I do hope they didn't have to deal with drunk folk tonight.

I generally don't like A&E after many bad experience BUT when we went to the children A&E I pleasantly surprised. There was no waiting time, we been seen straight away. The nurses and the doctor was amazing. Thank you for your help.

Visited A&E on Tuesday morning. Thankyou to Cassie , didnt get other names, but everyone was so caring. Had to get an x-ray.. Was in and out within 3 hrs which I think is great!. We are so fortunate to have the NHS. Just want to say a huge thankyou to you all for all you do.
