I ordered funeral flowers some weeks back and they were very beautiful. I had only little time to make the arrangement but the staff was patient enough to help me out. Thank you team. 4 Thank you, that was a lovely bouquet you did for my mother. Great selection of flowers. She was very happy. Will definitely use again.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but I don't want others to be let down during a difficult moment. Very disappointed with the services provided by this florist and I would not recommend, not worth the stress. My friends and I ordered 2 days before delivery Sympathy flowers for a friend up in Aberdeen with a delivery between 9 am and 1 pm. I had to bother her on several occasions during this difficult time to update her and check if she had received the flowers as I was told by the shop they had been 'delivered'... effectively, £70 of flowers left at a front door... I wasn't impressed. Then, the shop told me that they actually were still in the van at 3:30 pm on an extremely hot day... to cut a long story short... They were not delivered before 1 pm option choosen when ordering but after 5:30 pm when it was absolutely pouring down with rain... again £70 of Sympathy flowers left under the rain, at the front door as my friend had to go out to sort some things. I had to call this florist 3 or 4 times and was told something different each time... not very professional and not happy that this simple transaction added to her stress after suffering a sudden bereavement.

Great place to buy flowers..very friendly people and a welcoming atmosphere. This is not my first time, I have bought flowers for many occasions earlier and every time they were excellent. 5 stars for their service. 2 I asked for a custom flower arrangement for my daughter’s birthday and they did it very well. Very much impressed with your service. Amazing team. Will recommend!

Ordered same day flower delivery online today and called to confirm my order. Told AF my daughter’s birthday is tmrw and they informed will deliver it later in the day. Got a thank you whatsap message from my daughter later in the evening about it. This really made my day considering I am far away in Saudi Arabia and missing my daughter so much. Thank you AF for the timely delivery and lovely fresh flowers!

Four Seasons are a joy to deal with. I’ve ordered flowers and plants for friends, and been lucky enough to receive bouquets from my loved ones. The blooms are always beautifully arranged and last for what seems like forever! Can’t fault their friendly, on-time service either. Thoroughly recommend this lovely Aberdeen florist!

Wish I read the reviews before ordering, i ordered the winter Bouquet which Is all whites and greens with white Lilly’s as that’s what was in the photo on the website. When the flowers got delivered the whole bouquet was red flowers ‍, when I phoned them to say they got my order wrong they didn’t really care and when I said look on the website winter bouquet has no red flowers just white she lied to me and said it’s stated on the photo which it isn’t. So she said we don’t think we will get the bouquet to you today, no thanks this was you mistake not mine. New bouquet came and it’s horrendous hardly any white flowers in it! Won’t be ordering again.

Disappointed  I got a Luxury White Wine Gift Basket for a friend in her birthday. I chose this basket because it looked nice, but the picture in the website doesn't look like what she got. She was happy with the gift and the delivery was on time, but I'm very disappointed on how different the picture and the actual basket are. Different basket, different wine, the presentation is not as nice.. same flowers but the flower arrangement looks messy.
