Simply best dealership on south and mid Wales. Superb service and expert technicians. Will not go anywhere else, even though I have three ford dealers nearer to me!
Several attempts regarding specificity for maintenance work. Fourth attempt email sent to acknowledge my attempts to contact them and promised an answer from the right department. Over a week has passed and no response. Will not be getting my custom
Great service over the phone and in person, spoke to both Graham and Ashley. No pushy sales tactics when viewing the car and they part exchanged my old car, which was great. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Great service, people are so helpful and friendly. Best garage I have ever dealt with.
Pleased with the service and nice to have a video of the procedure but would have appreciated the offer of a courtesy car as I am a motobility customer and had to get a lift from a neighbour.
