Just would like to thanks Rob and his Team for giving my mam the best send of I could ask for. I didn’t know where to start or what I needed to do and Rob was amazing every step of the way. Reassuring me not to worry, take my time and everything will be ok. I wanted the best service for my Grandad, and thats certainly what I got from Rob and Aberbeeg Funeral Home. Professional and compassionate at all times guiding us as a family through every step whilst listening to our wishes as a family. Communication from start to finish was excellent, returning calls and messages promptly. On the day Rob arrived in plenty of time so we did not have to rush - his experience and professionalism was evident, perfectly valeted vehicles, smartly dressed, and dignified at all times. I have nothing but praise for the way Aberbeeg funeral home helped to arrange my mothers funeral. Rob listened to every detail my family and I requested and treated us with courtesy, respect and outstanding professionalism from the day of my mothers passing, her period of rest at the funeral home, her funeral and beyond. Just like any family we wanted the very best for her and Rob did his very best to source the wicker casket we requested. We genuinely felt like mum was treated with the dignity she deserved during the hardest time of our lives, which was a huge relief. Rob’s help and guidance from preparation to delivering was exemplary, I always felt we were in good hands and were being looked after with empathy and understanding. I was very proud of the way Aberbeeg funeral home performed during the actual day of the funeral. The thought of keeping the whole process of mums death local was important to us. Rob was accommodating and he was always obliging and respectful if we wanted to visit. We used Aberbeeg Funeral Home for my mums funeral arrangements and they were fantastic from start to finish. Listened to exactly what we wanted, kept us informed whenever we needed updates.
