Professional, responsive, courteous and careful - we just had a very calm and stress-free move using Abels and would not hesitate to recommend them. The end to end service with Abels Removals was carried out in a very professional manner from the initial survey, placing the order, Admin support through to the move itself. The Abels removal team worked tirelessly in order to complete the move on time despite encountering problems at the vendors property. My advise is to place your house in the hands of a professional removals company such as Abels to ensure it all goes smoothly on the day. I have no hesitation in recommending Abels.
Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly service. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Not a valuable item but the grandfather clock was moved and set up again working with the utmost care.
The service over two moves was faultless, from the initial visit, quotes, promptness, cheerfulness, carefulness, keeping going at the hard work of dismantling and re-assembly, labelling, lifting ,downloading, and doing all sorts of small extras not contracted for which made such a difference, such as fitting shelves back.
Courteous staff. Rug to protect hallway floorings. Boxes moved carefully and stacked nicely. Overall good experience.
We have been using Abels now for over 6 years and we have extremely impressed with the premium service received. Everyone from the office to the actual removal team can never do enough to ensure you as the customer are completely satisfied. Abels go above and beyond in terms of service, we have used Abels for removals, packing, unpacking, relocation, standard and high value storage and even art hanging. Their packing and care of our high value items using quality crates etc was very reassuring. This delivery team even highlighted the companies no plastic green credentials which was also impressive. Definitely recommend !
Abel's were great throughout the entire process. The crew were very professional, flexible and organized. They handled all our items with extreme care and delivered in impeccable state. Our move required a lot of flexibility and they made sure they worked around this and not inconveniencing us throughout the process. Very highly recommended. 5-star quality and service. Will not go anywhere else in the future.
