On the 20th February 2024, I had a flight from Heathrow airport. Today I'm back to the UK, but I haven't forgotten to write my experience with a driver who was so generous with his help to find my lost bag with my passport in it! I forgot my bag on bus 285. I almost gave up on my flight and thought that's it, I'll miss my flight! However, Mr B. M. Ferreira was on another bus waiting at the airport, as soon as I told him my story he immediately called the bus station, he was so helpful and caring and was very insisting to find my bag and making sure I don't miss my flight. He drove back towards the garage and offered to take me with him; on the way he kept making calls and asking every single bus driving passed us about my lost bag! Until we finally arrived at the garage, I sat there waiting for the driver who has my bag on his bus to arrive at the station. Everyone else were hoping I get to the airport on time after finding my bag! I still remember their happy faces when I left running to my uber trying to get to the airport! I could tell every detail of this experience I had but I can't thank them enough for their help, a special thank you to Mr B. M. Ferreira! This man was a life saver! I finally got to the airport on time, yes I was panicking and I had no hope of catching my flight but all I was thinking of is to find my bag with my important documents in.nIt was my first experience flying alone, I was nervous and losing my bag with my passport made me feel worse than I was!nI hope the drivers read this and know how great people they are!
