Goods ordered by my wife arrived damaged from their eBay shop. Packaging was totally inadequate. Contacted seller by email, but no replies received. Chased through eBay. Eventually got a reply after eBay 30 days returns period. Eventually got agreement from seller that refund would be made once goods returned. Seller refused to arrange collection and insisted we paid for return postage in contravention of distance selling regulations when goods arrived damaged. Item returned by Royal Mail tracked delivery. Royal Mail confirm goods were delivered and signed for. The seller, despite proof of delivery, refuses to refund the price paid plus postage insisting that the item has not been received by them. This is untrue as the tracker shows that Abby who replied to emails was the person that signed for the return. BE WARNED based on our experience and other reviews this is regular behaviour for this business when goods are returned. They obviously know and use every trick available to avoid making refunds.
Item never arrived- I asked them to chase up with royal mail and they just sent me a standardised tracking email that I already have. After speaking with Royal mail, the company had sent to a completely wrong address- have emailed and rung them and no reply. Understand mistakes happen but as a company should either refund or replace, or ar very least reply to my messages.
Ordered 2 cot mattresses and only 1 arrived. After brief communication, the other was sent and we received it within 2 days. Prompt response much appreciated. Can't complain if mistakes are rectified as quickly as that.
I am giving this on line site one star in order to add a review though the star is undeserved by this appalling company. I bought and paid for a travel cot matress on June 9 th which never arrived and though I sent two emails to two separate addresses and left one message on an answering service, I never heard from them again. Buyer beware!
Never shop here bad service and faulty goods ...wouldn't exchange for new pram and needed bolts came out the pram on two occasions..ended up going argos for a new one after a big argument with the Asian staff member about exchanging it. Reporting them to trading standards.
This shop is so helpful! He's gone out of his way to make sure I got the right size sheets for the odd size cot mattress I have. Totally recommend this shop.
