Booking with Abbotts travel makes our holiday arrangements stress free and value for money. Our latest holiday at Porto and Lisbon was memorable. I had birthday surprise of "espumante" and petit four. As always Sophie's incredible enthusiasm and determination to provide great service has once again resulted in a relaxing holiday.

Absolutely dreadful. Wanted to book a Coach ride with National Express. Was told that it would cost me a £5 Book Fee (which I did not mind). When the price quote came through on her Computer I then informed the Sales Assistant that I had just seen it cheaper Online. I was more or loss accused of being a Liar. Arrogant Humpty Dumpty shaped Female served me and was not exactly the most Friendliest Creature around. My recommendation is avoid is avoid this outfit and go to one of the bigger chains who at least have to show better Customer Service skills than I encountered on my visit.

Julie and the ladies at Abbotts travel are amazing to deal with. I can not recommend them enough. Helpful, truthful and will always try to get the best deal. They are always busy, which is a very good sign. If they can't speak because with other clients they never fail to come back to you. Thank you again for such great 5* customer service

Alexis is my favorite travel agent. She finds the best holidays in and around the world....Zazibar was the best so far.
