Really helpful team from the first contact. To accommodating viewing times to alerting to available properties and to giving mortgage advice. I have found the experience of being a first time buyer quite exasperating but the team, Hannah in particular have a guided me through the process. Happy customer, thank you!

Professional yet really friendly service from start to finish. Jeanette handled the negotiation and got us a great price. The sale was not without complication and Hannah was regularly in touch with all parties trying to clear obstacles. Thanks to everyone.

John at Abbotts Watton has been helpful throughout. My wife and I are currently selling and purchasing a property, and with this came lots of questions. John was able to answer our questions in layman’s terms, which ensured we understood what was required. Sold our house with Abbotts 3 years ago, an efficient service, they are determined and professional salespeople, which is what you need. More recently though had a meeting with their mortgage man, Jonathan, who I can’t recommend enough for his knowledge and range of products. I shop around and have met lots of advisors, but he quickly assimilated our situation and pointed us in exactly the right direction, neither condescending or pushy.
