"Beaumont Park care home is a beautiful Victorian double-fronted house, which has retained many interesting architectural details, yet has been modernised to provide a high quality nursing and residential care environment for up to 37 residents. It exudes a warm, homely atmosphere where many people tell us they instantly feel at ease.Arranged over two floors, our bedrooms can be personalised to make them a real home-from-home. The rooms are particularly spacious and most of them have lovely views across the beautiful gardens."

My mother was placed here after a spell in hospital. I would never have chosen this home for my mother as Covid restrictions were in place it was difficult to move her. She was self funding, not that this should make any difference. At first things were OK, not perfect just OK. After 2 years we have not been involved in a care plan. My mother had not left her room since December 2021, not for any readon. She was removed from the home August 2022 and is taken outside regularly and leaves her room daily. She was left dirty with finger and toe nails so long they curled. We had meetings and promises of improvements were made but she was still left with no buzzer, no glasses and no dignity. This is just a small part of a much bigger concern. I would never place a loved one into the care of Beaumont Park.
Avoid . So many problems encountered here . Impolite abusive, inadequate staff. Very poor facilities, small depressing rooms, some which have to be shared with no ensuite. Terrible meals. Poor or no stimulation. Extremely bad hygiene. 1 shower a week if your lucky Residents left in bed all day. Neglected gardens . Very opressive atmosphere. Residents very unhappy....
Thank you so much for the amazing staff at Beaumont Park. Working so bravely in challenging times. They have provided a wonderful link to our mother who is 91 years old today. I cannot name everyone I would like to for fear of leaving folk out. I will just say though Helen in activities has been above & beyond making mums birthday special.
