I was lucky to be referred by Dr Yule to the wonderfulShepton  Mallet Hospital for a total hip replacement. I was quickly referred and couldn’t possibly have had better treatment. I would like to think absolutely everybody involved.

Best surgery I have ever had. Online system works very well, receptionists are efficient and fantastic. Can't believe we are so lucky to have such an efficient surgery in Shaftesbury.

Such a poor service.nPhoned today for my inhalers and was told I cannot order over the phone.nI have to do it online, I explained I struggle for Internet service as I'm rural.nLinda then hung up on me.nI'm now without my inhalers.

I am so impressed with my experience this week I have to share it. Thank you Dr Childs for your excellent service and prompt feedback of my test results. I can’t thank you enough.

Special thanks to Anne  on reception who was  very friendly , efficient and able to deal with  my mother’s queries ,arrange appointments and email over medical results. She is a credit to the team.
