Door staff polite & professional, the venue itself is outstanding..most bar staff were impolite & the shots were not measured correctly, how they stay afloat is baffling! Not sure how long this venue will survive if these individuals continue to be employed. It felt as though "if your face fits we'll treat you well" If they keep offending the paying public this place will be ruined. The night had to be cut short, it felt as though the lunatics were running the asylum.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. It’s a lovely venue but the staff are absolutely vile. Problem after problem after problem, but the final straw was the bar staff threatening to attack me and other guests, alongside “smashing up” my grandma’s birthday decorations. We were called “tramps” and “p***yholes”, amongst other things. We were also told to watch out as they “know where we live” and that guys would arrive at the club to attack us. How’s that for customer service. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Had a great night here with friends.The cocktails were lovely and the music was so good WHAT A VIBE!!! Definitely will be back
The food tastes like stink. If I could give no stars I would. The food is definitely freezer food that has been reheated. Don’t waste your time or your money
Bar staff lovely ! DJ is awful !!! Plays only for his freinds , if Courtney isn’t dj’ing do not go !!

Drinks were terribly mixed. Ordered a gin and tonic and it was basically a glass full of tonic. Staff member was unbelievably rude and aggressive for no reason. The only good thing about this place was the security were helpful.
What a discusting place. Loud people outside shouting to each other at 2.30am. Dumping there waste all over the pavement. Absolutely lowering the tone of this historic village. Hideous.
Had many amazing nights down at Pink zebra staff are polite, food is amazing and drinks are reasonably priced always a vibe when me and the girls are there also beautifully decorated perfect for insta pics!!
Had a wicked night here! Staff are very friendly and welcoming would definitely go here again
