Absolute joke, left without any form of communication on my moving date, after panicking for an hour we have organised another removal company to do the job. They phoned us 4 hours later that they are hour away - at that point we were on the way to our new house. As we paid in advance we wanted to get our money back as clearly they were in a breach of a contract - again, no communication, they are not responding to phone calls and emails... Please avoid as you don't need any more stress on your moving day!!! What suppose to be a straight forward job turned to be the worst experience ever!!

This is not a company don't be fooled by the website. The vans in the pictures are not what turn up when they do a removal. Arrived 5 hours late for a removal the owner of the company Mr Mann loves nothing more than to hide behind his phone and not answer calls, whenever we had to get in touch with him we had to call him off a new number. A one day removal took 7 days to get all of our property back from this man. This company should not exist. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Not recommended. Turned up 6 hours late by which point we had started moving the stuff ourselves. They arrived in a van too small for the job so needed 2 trips. To be fair the guys who turned up were very nice and apologetic but their manager clearly has no idea about running a business. Only use if you have no other option and fancy a lot of extra stress on your moving day.

Mr Mann has been so understand with me about my removal to a new home .he no I got austism .and been very helpful advising me .I be calling him or probly email him soon .

I have to admit that I was a bit nervous using Abbey after reading the reviews but i found John to be very polite and helpful in the organization phase. The loading went well and was impressed. All my possessions arrived well and were unloaded well. I have no problem in giving a good review as a happy customer.
