I have never expreienced any problems and would highly recommend them.

Lovely family run business, had a new bathroom installed by them last year and am delighted :) Very helpful staff in the shop and it was a joy to have the engineers in the house :)

The service that we recieved after installation was very bad. The receptionist was very rude. We did not expect this type of service from a family company.

The girl on reception put the phone down on me and when she called back later she didn't even apologise, I think the whole thing is shocking.
