Got myself locked out with my anxious dog and panicking like mad when I remembered seeing on a fb group how good abbey locksmiths were. Called them immediately, a very pleasant man called Jamie turned up and within minutes was able to rescue the situation without any damage, especially as we have high security locks on our door!!! Extremely professional and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks for all your help!!!

Excellent service on fixing stuff door with dodgy handle. Expert advise on door maintenance and saved us some money too with fixes instead of replacements which would of coated a lot more!!

Great service. Had a front door lock that was really stiff and sometimes not lockable. Had a visit within an hour. Really helpful. No dramas. No selling us parts we didn’t need. Just took the lock apart and cleaned it , then just for good measure fixed our back door lock too. Transparent pricing and good value. Thank you

Easy to contact and arrange a visit to look at our doors and locks. Arrived as agreed. Quickly identified the issues and fixed door and fitted a new lock within 30mins. Highly recommended
I would highly recommend Mark as he provided an excellent,reliable and honest service. He got the parts and changed the lock very quickly. We'd had the unfortunate experience of using some other locksmiths before Mark who had claimed changing the lock on a window was 'a big job' that would require quadrupling the price they had quoted us once they came out. Mark was upfront and managed to do this 'big job' in no more than 5 mins at the price he originally quoted.
