Well designed engaging garden, with unushual plants, water features and carp ponds left over from the old Abbey grounds. A very enjoyable sculpture trail was in place and glutin free cake was availible and toilet facilities within the garden.  I will deffinatly be back when more things are in flowers earlyer next year.

Great gardens, in perfect condition. Lots of sculpture that brings the place to life. Went there on a super hot day, so it was nice to picnic in the shade by the river that runs through it.

Beautiful gardens to see at Malmesbury. The king of England Athelstan grandson of Alfred the Great is reported to be buried here. The Abbott removed his remains from the tomb at the nearby Abbey, after the Normans won at Hastings.

A beautiful garden. Much larger than I expected. Manicured. Make sure you walk down to the river, lovely and peaceful with great photo opportunities. There are plenty of eating locations close by, including the pub. Parking wasn't a problem but we did go midweek.

What a super, tranquil spot.  Beautiful now but I should imagine even more spectacular in the Summer months.  Also dog friendly, almost didn't visit as I had read somewhere that dogs were not allowed but they very much are welcome & have been for a couple of seasons.
