Don’t know where to start.nOn call for 1.5 hours and told to “just try again tomorrow” this happens every time without fail.nNo wonder people don’t go to the doctors the help and support is terrible.nReceptionists with no medical training get to decide what is a priority.nNo staff, no care, no help.nDisgusting service
Very poor service the person who served me gave me the medication bag with someone else's full details sheet on it.the sheet that's stapled to the outside of the bag the sheet had someelses full name,date of birth,full address including post code.every detail was on it. For a different person Be very careful when using this pharmacy as there obviously never checked when handing me the medication. I would gave it a 0 star if I could.
Terrible service, prescription not ready after 5 days, more interested in there dinner break. No communication from them because apparently all the phones were broken. I am now using a different chemist that takes people's health more seriously.
Very helpful staff ,with everything they have had to endure since the start of Covid the ladies on reception deserve a huge thank you and lots of respect , 'Dr D' deserves her weight in gold for the way she cares for her patients
Even 1 star is generous, given that getting a GP appointment is next to impossible.
