Excellent customer service. Had my bumper and grill fixed on my Alfa after someone revered in to me. Staff were very helpful and polite and even when I spotted a few blemishes in the final finish, it was no trouble at all and even the Director Steve, was totally understanding and more than happy to fix the issue. Will recommend to anyone

One of the best places to take your car too. Having read previous reviews I was apprehensive. However after taking my car there I met a wonderful team of people who were more than willing to assist me. My 2016 S class Mercedes looks brilliant and like a brand new car. One of the best garages I have come across in a long time. Thank you and keep up the brillant work Abbey!

At the end of August I was unfortunate to be involved in a minor car accident. Through my insurance company, I was advised to use Abbey Coachworks and was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from their call centre staff as well as the mechanics etc who dealt with the repairs to the car. The staff were letting me know at every stage what they would be doing and it was dealt with very promptly and were very accommodating to my requests and nothing was a burden/too much. Thank you to all the team at Abbey and I strongly recommend your company and god forbid if I need your service again, I will not hesitate to return.

The customer service was outstanding. Every communication with this company was courteous and helpful. Especially Kash. The repairs were flawless on my Mercedes and was complete a week earlier than estimate
